Order the wrong length of Chain or Ring Size?

No problem, by ordering this you will receive an e-mail with a return shipping label. You will print, cut, and paste it on your retuning package, to send your item(s) back to us. (No need to get in line at the post office!) Drop it at any blue USPS box or post office, or even leave it in your mailbox.

Please package in a padded envelope or box. Using a flat non padded envelope will result in crushed or damaged items, and we will not be responsible for replacing the item if it occurs. 

Once we receive your item(s), we will fix or replace your chain to the preferred length.

This $10 covers the shipping both directions and the time to replace the size.

Please leave e-mail address and well as preferred length in the "note to seller" box at check out.

Please package in a box or padded envelope. Do not put in a regular envelope, it will get bent or broken with out any protection. Please include your name, address and order number inside the package with a quick reminder of what length you would prefer.
